The Story behind good Junk

Born out of a garage and a dream in 2021, Maite Figueroa began fashioning cloth masks out of deadstock fabrics to make the world more joyful in a sustainable way. This hobby and mission quickly expanded into bags, scarves, coats, and her widely loved overalls. By diverting retired fabrics from landfill to create these uniquely expressive garments, Maite is changing the fashion game (and your wardrobe) one handcrafted piece at a time.

Find your new fit

Good Junk is dedicated to working exclusively with what the fashion industry no longer uses. Deadstock fabric consists of leftover materials from previous productions, or unsold stock from textile mills and apparel manufacturers. These are high-quality materials that would otherwise end up in landfills. Instead, we create all-new fashion that fits your sensibilities and lifestyle.

We create clothes and accessories that are easy to live in. Comfortable and conscious.
